It was when Josef Murad studied the medical program in Linköping that he realized that many problems in healthcare should be able to be solved digitally. Almost three years ago, he therefore founded Byon8 together with his brother Matias Murad and father Toma Murad.

Through their platform Aitopya, which is currently being tested at a number of healthcare centers, patients can answer digital forms before their medical appointments. The questions are controlled by an algorithm, which in turn leads to diagnostic information for the doctors.

The smart algorithms also help produce different types of health recommendations.
